REFUND POLICY
My milk got spoilt?
• We check our milk before it leaves our facility, so if we find no issues from our end that caused this, we cannot offer any refund for the same.
• In case there is some issue with our cold chain which causes your milk to spoil, we will process a refund for the same. Please do contact our customer care number for the same.
• You can change or cancel an item or the entire order before 630 pm on the previous day. In order to cancel a part or whole of an order please contact us on +91- 9940387981 and quote your name and required changes. Alternately, you can make changes to your order through our web app. We’ll try to accommodate your request as best as we can.
REFUND
Incorrect Delivery :
• A delivery will be considered incorrect at our end if you informed us on time regarding pausing your milk and we still delivered to you. If you receive a delivery despite this, you are eligible for a refund.
• Refusing delivery without prior information does not qualify for refund. The following are the only admissible ways of prior intimation:
• Call our customer care department.
• Update necessary information in your account on the Web App.
Note : Informing the delivery boy is not admissible as formal intimation of order. The
